It is a nice hotel, the rooms are clean, the staff speaks English, the breakfast is OK, you can pay in euro also and you can park free of charge in the hotel parking lot. The tram station is 5 minutes walking from the hotel and if you take tram 47 there are only 15 stations (about 20 minutes) to the city center.
The showers needs small repairs.

Friendly welcome. The room was very clean and equiped enough. The only missing item was the freeze. The backyard rooms were noisyless. The breackfast is resonably for the low paid price. We used this location the second time and surely if we are to transit/stay Budapest next time.
The placement of the hotel is by side of a heavily traffic road, therefore the noise can be bit unconfortable during the night.

We got everything we needed for a very reasonable amount of money. We had tidy room, breakfast, free wireless internet, private parking, city map and booklets on the reception, international and local TV channels. Summing it up, we've got an excellent value for our money. The hotel is located far from the city center, so you just keep it in mind and plan your activity accordingly. Hotel staff was very helpful and friendly.
Just few really minor things to mention. These are more “nice to have” things rather than serious drawbacks. Beds were somewhat narrow. The hair dryer was not really powerful. Some equipment was not firmly mounted on walls (lamps for example). There was only one power outlet in our room, so charging all our gadget took some efforts. Be aware that power outlet in the bathroom does not supply electricity when you switch off the light. We'd also suggest to install ATM (cash machine) in the hotel lobby.

The place is clean, quite pleasant and located in a quiet part of the town. Rather far from the city but it takes just 20 minutes to get to the downotwn by tram. The people working there are kind and helpful. We had a very nice stay there.
